Audi Q3 Engine oil & filter replacement

Brad was excellent. Turned up on time. Very professional. Used car seat cover and steering wheel cover when working inside the car to keep everything clean.
Also pointed out to me my cooler was low and topped this up as well as part of the oil change job which I was grateful for.
Would definitely use him again.
I then moved to a service centre where I was involved in the general running of the garage and also controlled the inspection and maintenance of the sale cars this is where I found my passion for diagnostics,
I then got the opportunity to work for Audi where I further honed my diagnostics skills and learnt a lot about the VAG group.
