ClickMechanic took a whole day to process my booking and make it available to local mechanics. This part was frustratingly slow. I also wasn't able to update several aspects of my booking via the dashboard.
However, the mechanic up the job almost instantly after ClickMechanic processed it. Contacted me several times to update me. Very thorough report and explanation of the pre purchase inspection.
