Ahmet was brilliant called ahead to let me know the time he would be with me. Once here he was polite and diligent and had my car started in 15 mins. Would definitely contact him again for future work and recommend to anyone. Really happy with the service from Click mechanic as well. Great idea as a service

Mechanic came early which is always a huge positive start to the experience, extremely knowledgable polite helpful and great communication during and pre the visit diagnosied the issue and advised me that as it was a reccall part that i should go back to bmw themselves even went to the extent of calling bmw for me and gathered information that i will be able to use. was satisfied with the service and would 100% reccomend no wonder why they are one of the best mechanics review wise in London,.

Ahmet was great. I originally booked for a starter motor replacement, he inspected my car and found that the fault wasn't actually the starter motor, it was just a wiring issue. He fixed the fault and amened the price and saved me over £100! Great Job!

It was the first time Ahmet had visited us and worked on our car. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job in changing the oil and filter along with diagnosing our brake problem. We will definitely employ him again when we next need a mechanic.
