Quick and very good

This was my first time using click mechanic, and I must say I am very impressed. After I booked the job online, the mechanic called to get some more details just to make sure the scope of the job is clear as he needed to order some parts. He arrived on time on the day, did a brilliant job and for the first time in two winters, I have heating in my car. I have been to other garages who quoted three times more than what was quoted on here. So very pleased indeed and I have recommended the site to my friends.

The mechanic was friendly and competent. He rang me prior my booking in the morning and gave me a one hour slot for his visit which he stuck to. He talked through the repair and explained the issue and the fix clearly. Overall a hassle free and convenient experience at a reasonable price.

Ahmet was on time and communicated he'd call if there was any problems arriving.
Upon arrival, he was very thorough and informed me of all the outstanding problems and what they were generally caused by - most were problems that were usually associated with my make (which meant he knew what to look for immediately).

Explained everything back to me in a way I could understand (not being mechanically minded).

Turned up at exactly the time he said he would, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and fitted the new part within an hour. Took my flat battery away and returned it quickly fully charged at no extra cost. Would def use again.
