Really nice, rang ahead to say more accurately when they would arrive. Problem was pretty simple but they worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything clearly.

Nice guy very efficient sorted the problem in no time.

The service was very easy and quick and i was able to get my car seen to the next day with a chosen time slot. The approximate cost of the work was given before the mechanic was arranged and I was able to cancel at any time if I needed to. The allocated mechanic was excellent and the cost of the repairs a third of the price of that quoted by Halfords. I would and have recommended ClickMechanic and would definitely use again.

Although I organised the repair for my daughter's car she informed me that three mechanics arrived all were courteous, informative and carried out the repair with the minimum fuss. They showed her the parts that were damaged and where the damage was. Once repaired they checked and tested the car and handed over the keys.

Overall a very satisfactory experience. Should the need arise again I wouldn't hesitate to arrange another repair and will recommend ClickMechanic to friends.
