Turned up without any diagnostic equipment (Which I specifically said on my advert that this job would need to involve the car being plugged into INPA). Messed around for 20 minutes (Not 50 minutes as he stated) then told me the HIGH PRESSURE PUMP was faulty so I went and purchased one for £340 reconditioned, had it fitted at a cost of another £80 and the car still wont start. The problem obviously isn't what your mechanic diagnosed so I've wasted over £500 on repairs that weren't needed. How can i recommend the service to others? I'd be a fool to do so.

Your mechanic came at 9.45 am. Their cloths was very dirty. They made a mess in my van. I told them that the van can not see the key. The said that the issue is the battery. I asked another man with a van to give me his battery to check. They refused to change the battery. I asked them to check with the tester with new battery but they refused. . They told me to buy another battery. They just left without talking I bought a new one and there is the same problem. I paid £41 for what? The diagnostic is wrong and I have a dirty van now. Can you send some body professional and clean to give me a diagnostic? I paid what you asked in advance but your services are really poor. Your mechanic did not come to solve the problem. I`m very disappointed.
I ask you if you can to send a professional mechanic?

mechanic was very good

Arrived earlier than booked but contacted me to check this was okay. Explained the fault and what they were doing when carrying out diagnostic. Gave great advice on what they found and has told me he would get a price for the works back to me early next week. Really honest and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Gary

The guy was really great. He sent me photos and explained very well that the car had been in an accident and repaired badly. Saved me wasting £3,600 on a shoddy car! Highly recommended!
