Sarfraz was very helpful and efficient with the repair I requested and he was able to advise me on what he was doing as I watched him do his work. Very competent mechanic. Will use again I'm sure.

Mechanic was past the 10-12 time slot but did ring to say he would be late. He diagnosed the issue but fix to big to resolve at the time

turned up one hour after 2 hr time slot no sorry or anything.
did 15 mins trying to get lug nuts off and then spent next 45 mins smoking and on phone.
then said i will try to get somone to do lug nuts so will text or you will have to rebook
off he went and i didnt see him again till 2hrs 15 mins later
were i was asked to take my car to a garage i refused due to no insurance
he then spent 10 mins doing what he did before on lug nuts
then decided to take my car and smell it with cig smoke and charged me 80 pound for 4 nuts not 4 wheels
then came back 1 hr later to do my brakes using the ones i bought 30mins later done and i was charged in total 304 charged extra 90 mins work didnt do 1hr all day

Very friendly and spent plenty of time talking to me and explaining. However, perhaps naively, I thought I would get an actual diagnosis, but of course without taking apart the clutch, this could not happen, resulting in a quote of £468 to complete 'probable' repairs. On taking it to a local garage, I was quoted £200, which is obviously a considerable difference. I'm glad I tried the service but would definitely not recommend or use again, unless it's something basic like changing a battery or bulb.

Sarfraz was superb. Very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem and got the car working. Would happily use him again.
