I had very little contact with Peter, but then I didn't really need to! He kindly accommodated my change in availability, and quietly got on with the work. It's hard to comment on the quality- the car drives fine! I had the 8-10 slot, and he turned up at 8:30, but this didn't really matter.

Very flexible and easy to deal with .
Unlike rating him which has turned out to be more hassle as they won't let me complete it until i write a dossier on him.

Turned up within the timscale confirmed and proceeded to sort this issue out. After this was completed, we found the car battery was unable to hold a charge and came back later that evening with new battery and replaced it. Very happy with the service provided.

The mechanic arrived on time and completed the work within the stated time my only comment would be that I would of liked confirmation from the mechanic to confirm the time I should expect him.
Apart from this I can't fault the service
