Toyota Avensis Car Won't Start Inspection

Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the work. I understand the mechanic did not possess the set skills for an auto electrician. However I did describe the fault when booking the appointment and it would have been better for the company to send someone who matching the skills. Disappointed to say the least as now after getting an auto electrician he identified the fault straight away. It was only the fuses. Your mechanic was here for under 20/30min and did not solve the issue and charged £72 . That is definitely a rip off and would not be using your services ever again. Me and my neighbour actually did more to the car than your mechanic. Should I say nothing personal to him but please take jobs that match your skill set as I feel you were after a quick buck. Hello, I’m sorry that your initial diagnostic inspection booking did not fix your car.
We did follow the click mechanic recommended process while we were with you and explained why we could not fix the problem on this occasion within the allocated time. All your accessibile fuses were checked with our Snap-On didital multi meter and were fine.
We explained what problems your vehicle had and also explained what needed to be done next via the click mechanic booking process
As you stated we were the 3rd persons to have a look at your car and that you had been bridging sensors with paper clips after watching you tube videos with your neighbour.
we thought it would be best for an auto electrician to take this matter further as you may of damaged some ECU’s and you also stated that a lock smith had tried to re-program the keys which did not work.
