The garage collected my car at about 14:45 on Wed, said they would phone the next day. After not hearing anything from them by 15:00 on Thu I tried to phone them, after several attempts I eventually got through and was told that they were still working on my car but that I should have it back either that night or first thing Fri morning. Fri morning passed and again I tried calling, getting through on the sixth attempt at 13:56, I was told that my car had left and would be with my in about 2 hours. My car was returned at 18:45, so it had taken them 4 3/4 hours if they are to be believed that they left when they did. The garage is in Cardiff which is 38 miles away from me, not exactly local.
