James accepted this job with little notice. His communication was great, leaving a message via the website and calling me prior to arrival. The work was of a good standard - it was to remedy an MOT failure and the assessor subsequently commented on the good quality of the work.

James, he communicated his arrival all the way to arriving at the front door. I had sent him a text in the morning before his arrival time as he needed to collect an additional part. Without any argument he collected the part.
Once at the car he was straight to work and within the hour had fixed the car.
