I booked a repair with James. Unfortunately, I misdiagnosed what needed to be done. That is on me, no problem with that. However, I was told that we could reschedule, but James put in his report that he can't carry out the work. Furthermore, my key was taken by accident but not returned to me. Instead, I received a text message saying that it had been pushed through under my gate!
I don't like lies, and I can't stand unprofessional behaviour!

James was great! Couldn’t get into my local garage as they were to busy but James can next day! A quick but thorough fix! Will 100% use again!

James is awesome! He's very knowledgeable and friendly. When he found that the car I was interested in had some undisclosed problems, he helped me find alternatives.
