I can’t find any faults in James or his workmanship, he came in good time and got straight to work servicing my car . He was also able to tell me all the quirks on my Citroen c1, which is really useful to know. A.1 service.

I booked a repair with James. Unfortunately, I misdiagnosed what needed to be done. That is on me, no problem with that. However, I was told that we could reschedule, but James put in his report that he can't carry out the work. Furthermore, my key was taken by accident but not returned to me. Instead, I received a text message saying that it had been pushed through under my gate!
I don't like lies, and I can't stand unprofessional behaviour!
