I am happy with the work carried out. However feedback for future jobs like this: I was hoping for a more detailed battery condition assessment of the hybrid battery but I think that lies in my misunderstanding of the pre-purchase inspection limitations. When purchasing a 10 year old plug in hybrid, it would be great if there is a specific assessment stating “it’s working at 80% capacity” for example

I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic. They were professional, transparent about pricing, and took the time to explain what was needed and why. The work was done quickly and well, and I felt confident driving away. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust—this is one of them.

James was very punctual, arrived half hr earlier than expected which was good. Friendly and knowledgeable, extremely confident in his work which always makes you feel better! Was all finished within an hour and half. Excellent job all round, would definitely recommend James 👌
