Mechanic unable to carry out work that I called him out for, due to finding a more serious issue. Therefore only charged me for diagnostics.

Full service paid for and whilst the Service check sheet identifies all items having been completed, I'm unsure how the car was raised in conjunction with the level of checks and also how all the checks were undertaken in the time the mechanic was here. The service book was also not ticked to state full service, yet the Oil filter change box was. Not negatives, just stating the facts and Trust prevails that all checks were undertaken.

James deffo done an amazing job with the major service ,checked the whole car through out even put new wipers on for me that I had and I'm well happy professional clean polite friendly and trustworthy, I only ever use click mechanic and I won't change they are always fantastic from start to finish so Thankyou for the service as ever was fantastic Wayne
