Mercedes-Benz A-Class Rear brake pads OK. Carry out full brake inspection. Found front brake pads worn down to 2mm front brake discs badly lipped and worn down to 23mm advise front discs and pads replaced

Thomas charged me £68 without fixing anything, because he came for fixing the rear brake pads but he found the front pads needs replacement not the rear ones, so he made brakes check only & said will make another appointment to do the job, when I filled my bank card details on the website it stated (( YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTILL THE WORK IS COMPLETED)) , tried to contact the mechanic(Thomas), but no hope, very disappointed, NEVER PUT YOUR BANK CARD DETAIL WHEN YOU ARE ASKED, BE CAREFUL.

With all due respect I was booked to carry out a specific job to replace rear brake pads. After putting the vehicle into rear brake pad fitting mode and jacking the rear of the car and then removing the rear wheel I found the rear brake pads did not require replacing and had around 6mm remaining. I then made you aware of this issue and you said there was a brake warning on the dashboard. I asked you if you would like me to carry out a full brake inspection and that I would be charging for this and a call out fee to cover my time. You agreed to this so I continued to carry out a full brake inspection and found the front brake pads worn down to 2mm. I also found the front brake discs were badly lipped I measured the front brake discs with a micrometer ( pictures taken and uploaded to the app ) and measured at 22.5mm the minimum limit for the brake discs are 22mm so I advised that they are replaced with the the brake pads . I then made you aware of this and explained that I had only come out to the job with rear brake pads and would need to rebook to carry out the work required as I had other work booked that day and would have to order ther correct parts and collect them from the parts suppliers.I then explained I would send a quote through the click mechanic app with the invoice for the work..
