Mitsubishi Outlander Diesel particulate filter (DPF) forced regeneration

Not happy with the work carried out. He came on weds revved the engine for a couple of minutes and told me it didn't work clearing the dpf filter and charged me £91. I got someone else yesterday and they have sorted it with no problems. Really not happy with the service

I'm sorry your not happy with the service. I did explain clearing codes from the system doesn't fix it.
A forced DPF regeneration was executed however it failed 3 times.
The DPF soot content was too high which I showed your partner.
Also the fuel was under 1/4 of a tank which also is a factor.
You had also explained that you were advised to get it removed as its was heavily sooted up.
