Knowledgeable and friendly and honest. Explained to me what was wrong with my car to me in a way I understood and was honest in telling me it was not worth replacing a sensor till the other issues are fixed and refunded me for that instead of doing it anyway. Would definitely use again

Jamie and his partner called early and arrived early, got straight down to the job and within 30 minutes had fixed the electrical problem with the horn, they immediately confirmed that had fixed under the diagnostic time and therefore we would not be charge anymore than was prepaid. Not only that they indicated that the issue maybe related to the Air Bag, which could get expensive but worse case they could fit and alternative button by the steering wheel..Sounded like a plan A, B and C, loved the fact they were so proactive and assuring. Guys were fine,job was done rapid, apart from fetching the wrong alternator.they had to leave and come back with the correct one.no complaints though.
