Saved my day/week - no other garages were available for the next 2 weeks and we needed the car for work. Jamie came out to inspect and came back the next day to replace the faulty part. He also called immediately when I asked a question before the appointment for clarification. Jamie was punctual, communicated well and fixed the issue in a jiffy.

Fred was brilliant, on time, polite, explained everything he had done cleaned up and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.

Fred was very knowledgeable and went about his tasks in a precise, informative and efficient manner. He answered all the questions I asked about my car.

Really pleased that Fred was able to get me back on the road the same evening and provided excellent advice going forward.

Jamie was a lovely guy who diagnosed the fault with our car, arrived on time, friendly and knew his stuff, helped us decide what to do next to get our car fixed. We rang him back a couple of hours later to discuss in more detail, left a message for him to call us back, he called back straight away.

They diagnosed the issue quickly and advised me I should be able to get the repairs done on the warranty from my last service as the oil filter was either faulty or installed badly. Took a video of the issue and sent it to me which is very helpful. Also provided a reasonable quote to do the remedial work if required.
