Jamie was very thorough with inspection on the car that I was buying, his recommends was passed on to the seller who put right, saving me time & money . A 3 hour journey might have been wasted. Would highly recommend click mechanic if buying a car.

Jamie visited dealership and called me both before and after, leaving a thorough report finding some issues with a car I was looking to purchase that I was unaware of.

As a first time car buyer I knew I would need a professional opinion to ensure there weren't any underlying issues with the car I wouldn't have noticed or even thought to check. Having never used this service before, I was cautious about the process, but Jamie came through. his service was both timely and professional, and he kindly offered his opinion on buying the car, which he didnt have to do. I've waited a month to submit review, as I like to be sure, and I havent had a single issue; everything reported was as expected and no further issues have come about. I would 100% use his services again and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about it.

Jamie and his mate came out to change the clutch in my car, even though it was -1 and snowing. They went above and beyond, very friendly, chatty and efficient. Didn't make me feel like an idiot when I tried to explain as best as I could what i'd been told was wrong. I'm definitely going to be using Jamie and Clickmechanic from now on. It was so easy and quick.

Jamie turned up on time the first time and found the problem straight away when I re booked for the oil change got a time for him to come but he was delayed and was going to be late but kept me informed of when he would be here when he arrived it was really cold and raining but he and his work mate just cracked on and got the job done can't fault him and the price was really reasonable definitely use these guys again

Came a little late, but it happens and they let me know in advance so it was no issue. Communication was great. Service was great, in and out in less than 15 minutes and I can use my car again :)
