Jamie was on time, professional and fixed the issue as promised. He ordered the new parts and came to my workplace to sort the issue out.

Jamie was terrific. He advised me when he was coming and when he arrived and after looking at the car made me aware of the issue with the bottom tray cover as it was worse that I had thought. He advised me on removing it as it is not a requirement and it would resolve the issue. I was happy with it as we need the car for travel and also I would not have to pay extra.
