Les knew his stuff. Unfortunately problem was windscreen seal, which could not be fixed. Needed windscreen resealing.

The mechanic came earlier than expected which was good and completed the work on my car in just over an hour.

Fred was friendly polite and took me through things verbally, importantly helping me feel reassured about the car. The small things that were wrong, he offered thoughts on what to do / how to sort which was really appreciated. Fred sent lots of pics to explain everything visually alongside the report. I haven't seen the car as yet, but overall I'm very satisfied.
