Renault Kadjar Alternator replacement

Jamie was opened and transparent with the job.
He explained what he has to do, and went about it.
I am however not very pleased that my old part was taken away despite paying for the new one, even though he explained, but not familiar with such.

Hi William, thanks for the review. As explained before on certain parts there are surcharges in your case the alternator has a surcharge on it. A surcharge is a repayable deposit. Meaning I pay for the alternator plus the surcharge and then after I’ve completed the job I take the old alternator back and receive my surcharge (deposit I payed on top of the part ) I hope that helps you understand further.
