Fred was very knowledgable and friendly. I was very impressed with the service. 10 out of 10.

Jamie and his co-worker were excellent, engaged in the diagnosis and corrected the handbrake fault swiftly and accurately.
Prior to arrival the communications were swiftly replied to and we both knew what was happening and when.
Highly recommended.

Jamie carried out the work on time, communicated with me via mobile as I wasn't available face to face, car now running fab after he fitted a new starter motor, very pleased 😀

Had car problems for two days. Car refused to start or even acknowledge my existence ... Jamie and his colleague turned up on time, got straight to the job, inspected the car and they sorted the problem in 15 minutes. Didn't even have time to offer them a coffee! Very polite, no nonsense, no blagging for problems that didn't exist and honest. Good job well done. Thanks guys !

Using click mechanic was the worst move I could have made.
He gave me a report for a transmission specialist he recommended for grommets to be fixed .
My car was stuck in park and he said I would have to order a low loader to pick it up and take to garage.
Transmission guy couldn't book me in for 3 weeks. Car stuck on my drive and me getting taxis. After 2 weeks I contacted transmission guy to see if he could get me in earlier.
He asked about the problem and then informed me it sounds like a simple electrical fault and not the grommets. He told me to disconnect the battery and that should sort it out.
This worked, no need for low loader or any work to be done. That was 3 weeks ago and no problems since.
Click machanic cost me £275 in taxis and loss of car for 2 weeks and charged me for doing so...

Jamie was very friendly and undertook the work to a high standard and explained fully what was the issue and what he had done. He also identifed a further issue that required workshop attention. Very happy with standard of work undertaken and advice given. Highly recomended and will definately use again needed

It was my first go at "Clickmechanic" and I was a bit sceptical. However I am glad I bit the bullet as Jamie and his oppo were great; called me 30 minutes before arrival, were punctual and completed the job in reasonable time. They were very polite and would certainly recommend them. Washer pump replaced.
