Jack turned up early/on time, was very friendly, incredibly helpful, and worked fast without compromising quality! 10/10 would recommend. Great communication relating to the work carried out, pick up, drop off, and aftercare.

Jack got on with the work promptly and demonstrated good knowledge of the vehicle parts and mechanisms. Being and older car the bolts were corroded and hence problems arose with bolts sheering off making the job more difficulty. However Jack was able to suggest a strategy to overcome the unforeseen problems and order and acquire extra parts to enable the job to be accomplished.
Jack was friendly and polite and I would be happy to employ him again in the future.
