Henry was very experienced and demonstrated the diagnosis of the problem and treatment for our Audi Q5, car giving options on price. We were on the Bank Holiday, so no garages open. He reassured us, and will sort out the matter in 3 days, promising to drive car to his garage.

was very slightly late but had witnessed a horrible event on the road and the driver tried to get away, so had to talk to the police on route which was fine. was fast carrying the job to completion and friendly but alas I forgot to book the MOT with the service and we agreed it needs valeting it looks like the bin men do deliver.

Henry called to say when he would arrive, and he changed the disc and pads within 35 mins, he showed me the old disc and pads and the stone that damaged the disc. Highly recommend
