Matthew was brilliant when he carried out a pre-purchase inspection on a second hand electric van for me. He contacted me beforehand to check if there was anything specific I wanted him to look at. He text me when he was there with some information and a short video of the van. I asked a few questions which he responded too and then his report came through very promptly. I admit I was apprehensive using an on-line service, as there are so many horror stories banded about, but Matthew the technician who came to my home and inspected my vehicle did so in a manner that some so-called professional establishments could learn from.
I can't fault his technical prowess, he diagnosed the fault quickly.
Everything was done in such a way that I could understand and at no time was then any "Sharp intake of Breath" that seems to accompany any fault finding exercise, nowadays.
