Carl was great, he kept me in the loop the whole way along and checked I was happy with the work to go ahead before he carried anything out.

Carl was as good as his word, and backed up his sales pitch with exactly what he promised. Carl is spot on, his communication is brilliant and he is dare I say, like a dog with a bone, once he has a problem to solve he simply keeps on until he resolves the issue. I have been very impressed by his skill and work ethic. He is an excellent mechanic.

Carl was very helpful and tried all he could to get car started. Unfortunately due to water in the engine nothing could be done to get the car going at home.

First of all, I was not aware that the mechanic going to do the service at parking itself,
I had a couple of things to sorted out, I thought I will be in a position to discuss and fix it.
I was under the impression that the car will be picked up from home to the garage and return after the service.
Since the mechanic does not have equipment/facility to check the car, he was not in a position to check the problem. I had requested a quote to fix the problem, unfortunately, I did not get any quote/update from the mechanic?

If I would have done the service with a garage, then it would have been fixed as part of service itself.

Carl was great, efficient & reliable. Also kept me up to date with progress. He fixed all the issues and had time to a quick chat too.
