As ever Carl exceeded expectations. Not only was the repair completed expeditiously, but he photographed the old and new parts, and the dashboard signals before and after. Very reassuring.

Carl was very patient (with a non technical person like me), reassuring and informative. He completed the diagnosis and prescribed a repair. The only reason for not having him do the repair is likely to be date availability., otherwise I would be very happy to have him complete the work.

Carl rang me first to get more of an idea what was wrong and turned up as arranged. Very polite and looked professional. I left the car with him and he even replaced a bulb as my break light was out. He did ask me before he did this but I was pleased he did. Been on my list to get done for ages. Car sorted. Very pleased.
