Joe was excellent. His focus on details was impressive. His previous Mercedes-Benz experience was a nice asset for me. Beyond the inspection, as a first time car owner, his recommendations are very helpful for me.

I wasn’t able to be at the inspection so I had to rely on the call and the report. Joe went through things step by step and I was able to ask any questions that I needed. The communication throughout booking, the inspection and afterwards was very courteous and reliable. Would recommend

Joe was extremely professional and took the time to explain each aspect of the inspection. He was friendly but very detailed in his assessment and summation of the vehicle report.
