Luke was very good, professional, friendly and helpful, the work carried out was diagnostic and unfortunately was not successful with a definitive diagnosis through no fault of his own, purely as a function of the type of vehicle and type of onboard computer systems fitted but was able to pinpoint a likely cause

Liam is superman.
He knows what he is doing, he is punctual, diagnosed a different problem that caused the fist problem and probably did a bit more than he should of.
Very trustworthy and calm. ( not a trait that many people have)

The technician turned up on time, Identified the problem and fixed the issue - excellent job

Liam was brilliant. He checked everything for me and went above and beyond what was required. He had a genuine passion and interest in finding the root cause of the problem as opposed to so many mechanics that can’t be bothered to expend the effort.
