Jo was so good and knew what the problem straight away. He did an amazing job and I’m so happy about it

George was very good and understanding, although at first he was concerned about losing this job and having an abortive visit.

George needs to be more self confident, and positively sell his services, and not doubt his customers sincerity.

however, I appreciate that not all of his customers will be as amicable as I am generally in life.

Overall, I would have George attend to all me car repairs, he is a GOOD guy.
