Jack was ok but he hasn't got back to me with a quote for the work he thinks needs doing.I rang your enquiry line and they said they would speak him and ask him to contact me,as of yet I still haven't heard anything.If he doesn't want the work it would be more professional and courteous to at least let me know so as I can look elsewhere.Mr Dean Lewis.

Due to working away from home most of the week,i was able to leave my vehicle key with my employer,hoping jack would attend as promised.work completed to highest level,and would most definetly use again.thank you.

This was my second appointment with ClickMechanic and I am so happy that it met my expectations 100% even after I gave a short notice!

Few good comments:

1. I gave a short notice and I got a response from ClickMechanic later in the evening saying no mechanics available immediately. Fair enough.
2. ClickMechanic gave me another slot on the next available day, that was again very well communicated
3. I just got my car back in 2 hours after successfully completing the job!

Requested a pre-purchase inspection to be done on a 15 year old car we were considering buying that was for sale in Stockport but we were based in Birmingham. Click mechanic found an experience local mechanic named Jack to do the job. The inspection criteria checked in the report was very extensive & thorough. We had Jack's number & we able to speak to him personally & ask further questions about the car that the report had prompted. The report gave us the confidence to make the trip to inspect & test drive the car ourselves - found everything to be spot on & fair. A good reliable runner that we bought it & drove back with it same day!
Overall a very positive experience & great value for money. Would definitely recommend this service to others & use ourselves again! Read more
