Rob was an excellent mechanic, needed the car relatively early so he agreed to come and do it the previous day! Communication was excellent, quality parts used and did the job more efficiently than my normal garage! Car drives beautifully now.. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend at all either his services or that of click Mechanic.

Will need to save for repair to take place

Rob was very easy to talk to, he kept me informed about what he was doing with my vehicle. To his excellent customer service, he attempted to fix the problem before fitting the new part in the hope to save me money on the repair. Rob was professional, courteous and friendly, and i would have no hesitation in having him work on my vehicle in the future! He was a great ambassador for your company.

Difficult for me to comment on quality because I didn't see him in action but report was helpful and mechanic was friendly and helpful on the phone. Only negative was a phoned him the day after the inspection and couldn't get hold of him.

The mechanic, Bob arrived at the time he said, it was also 2 days earlier than booked as he was in the area. He got straight on with the work and found the broken wire after a long search. repaired the break, put the car back together and left within the hour. A very pleasant person. I would recommend and your site to anyone.
