The reason I booked a mobile mechanic to come to work was to avoid me missing unnecessary time off and to ensure the problem was fixed before I had to drive unsafely down the motorway. The time frame given as between 2pm and 4pm. At half three I text Corey to check his ETA. He text back saying 4pm then rang. Said he couldn't make it, could I go to him. I told him that I would not feel safe driving down the motorway without indicators. He could understand but there wasn't anything he could do. I had no choice but to drive to him (so much for a mobile service). When I got there, he said he had hadn't realised that his diary was full before accepting my job - but made no effort to ring me and tell me.
