When our cars go wrong, us non mechanically minded car owners are always worried about being ripped off by mechanics, without evening knowing we've been ripped off....Not with my clickmechanic Leigh though. He was punctual, he communicated well before, during and after the work, he clearly explained what he was doing, he did an excellent job really quickly and he even went out of his way to reduce the final bill for me by an impressive amount.
