Leigh was great, talked me through the process and called me before appt as he was running ahead of schedule to see if it was okay to come then which suited me better. Very nice guy and will go to him for future work.

He did arrive early but he rang to make sure it was OK which of course it was and it's lucky he did as the battery was almost completely gone.
