Andrew was asked to diagnose a noise on the running of my BMW 630i .
This he reported to be worn rear wheel bearings needing replacement.
He did not respond to an e mail asking for him to quote for this replacement.
I therefore asked Halfords to do the work.
After which the noise continued.
Their bill £350.00
They have diagnosed a new differential to be required at £2,750.00
