Tarquin was fine but it would have been better to be told in advance that the bill was going to be nearly £100 more than the quote.

Seriously cannot praise our mechanic Tarquin highly enough!! I was unfortunately away for when he did the work but I drove the car back from the airport and it's the smoothest it has ever been (clutch replaced) well and truly in safe hands with this guy!!
