Ford Mondeo Starter motor replacement

Tim did the job he was asked to do( replace starter motor ) & left.
When, on the next day I attempted to drive the car but it never got off the drive as I found it was undriveable. On personal inspection I found the driver's side suspension had been damaged by the pressure of the car being jacked from the passenger side only. I can't imagine what kind of pressure was put on that side to cause this much damage to the new suspension fitted 4 years ago.
I'm reluctant to think Tim caused this, but it was OK before he did the job & it wasn't immediately after
So, job done alright, but massive damage done whilst doing it.

Volkswagen Polo Dual washer motor replacement

Tim was friendly and efficient. I had thought we needed a new washer motor but it only needed a fuse so he deducted some of the charge. He explained why the fuse had tripped so I can avoid in future. All done in about 10 mins - excellent
