Andrew was warm and friendly he struggled to find some tools to undo some parts which I gladly let him use

I found Tim to be an engaging, knowledgeable, and proficient mechanic. Tim was punctual and kept me well informed from start to finish. I felt from the start that Tim knew exactly what he was doing, and he proved this by fixing my car and installing a new Alternator within the allotted time. I have nothing but praise for Tim and his work and would highly recommend him to you if you need a top mechanic for your car problems.

Tim did the job he was asked to do( replace starter motor ) & left.
When, on the next day I attempted to drive the car but it never got off the drive as I found it was undriveable. On personal inspection I found the driver's side suspension had been damaged by the pressure of the car being jacked from the passenger side only. I can't imagine what kind of pressure was put on that side to cause this much damage to the new suspension fitted 4 years ago.
I'm reluctant to think Tim caused this, but it was OK before he did the job & it wasn't immediately after
So, job done alright, but massive damage done whilst doing it.
