Some vans and LGVs require a different class of MOT to cars, called a Class 7 MOT. Mechanics need to know this information when taking on work as their garage must be licenced for Class 7. As a returning customer to ClickMechanic, they certainly know this however they do not provide their mechanics with vital information about the vehicle. This issue has been raised to ClickMechanic several times over the years by many other users but, since it still has not been resolved, I feel I must iterate it. Despite this shortcoming, SawMoCo Ltd were able to accommodate the vehicle on this occasion, and on very short notice.
