There was some difficulty obtaining the part needed, due to the virus situation, Simon was persistent in his efforts to get the part & kept me updated all the way through. Fantastic service from Simon today. Clearly very good at his job and super knowledgeable about the motor industry in general. Replaced both coil springs on my Fiesta after a catastrophic failure yesterday while I was driving. If someone had said that I would have my car fixed within 24 hours of it breaking, with currently no garages open because of Coronavirus, I would not have believed it. A good and fair price and I am very happy indeed. Thank you!

Simon was friendly and knowledgeable, had some spare time so he came early. Was efficient done the job within good time and had a look over the motor but was tidy in what he was doing, very happy would use him again in the future.

Really couldn't be more pleased. He made sure to check in with me beforehand, and kept me updated. The car had been sitting a while, so I thought there might be more wrong with it--he could have quite easily "invented" a few things that needed to be done, but instead said that actually everything appeared to be in good working order other than the alternator & battery (which is what I booked for). And considering the current social distancing issues, he was super good about maintaining distance and wiping everything down with sanitising cloths. Will definitely book with him again.
