Amin, what can I say, he was brilliant and very determined to make sure the job was completely done and not be defeated by the issue. Some recap, I had a problem with coolant leaking, local garage diagnoses as water pump but they couldn’t repair for another 2 weeks... too long so I got onto click mechanic to see if they could get someone out sooner... they absolutely did, what I didn’t know was that it wasn’t just the water pump but also the pipes and thermostat housing that needed fixing due to the poor job the garage that I bought the car from had done (won’t go into that but it was a mess!). Rather than just walk away after the one day Amin came back over the next two days making sure everything was fixed, the car feels brand new.
