Neil was very polite, friendly and understood the request. The work carried out was to a high standard. The communication and attention to detail was refreshing given the last garage i used where not abel to communicate the isseus in a timely manner, and were generally unapproachable.

Neil was great, no problem ith him. Slightly disappointed in that he wasn't the correct mechanic for the job. Aggrieved that I had to pay £76 for smeone to come out and tell me that I needed an auto mechanic, which is kind of what I said when I described the problem

sorry you feel that I wasn't right for the job but you booked a diagnostic inspection which is what you paid for i have no control over the fee that is charged by click mechanic.
I carried out the diagnostic inspection using correct diagnostic equipment and diagnosed a bsi issue, if you had booked a repair for an Auto electrical issue I would not have accept the job but for diagnostic inspection I am completely capable and even if a Auto electrician had come out the charge would have been the same and the car would still have to be recovered to a work shop.
The Auto electrician I contacted for you will be able to fix the issue now you know what the problem is and once the vehicle is recovered to his garage
