Car was picked up on time in the agreed time slot and was back with me sooner than I expected. Really happy with the communication from click mechanic and the garage and the experience was seamless, thank you so much for taking the stress out of my annual MOT and service! Once I had made a booking online for a full service and MOT, I only had to wait a few hours before a company was assigned for this job. A day before the car was due to be collected, I was contacted by Icon to confirm a suitable time for the car to be collected. The boss I spoke to was very polite and said that William would be there the next morning at 1015. He arrived smart and punctual, wearing gloves, and took care to maintain social distancing. The car was returned mid-afternoon with an MOT pass and a report.

Performed a full service on my car and gave a good breakdown of it's overall condition. Punctual, friendly and respectful of my car. Would definitely use again.
