I booked for rear pads to be replaced at my house. This was confirmed via email with a telephone number of the garage doing the repair. I had a couple of missed calls from an unknown contact which I didn't answer. When I did answer after the time of my appointment, I found it to be the garage asking what time I was bringing the vehicle to them (Which is not what I had booked). The number used by the garage was not the number given to me from Click. which had contributed to the lack of communication. They claimed they don't do repairs at home addresses and Click Mechanics should not have given them the job. I hadn't received any address details for the garage, which confirms I wasn't expected to deliver the vehicle to the garage. Once the garage and I had come to an agreement, their service was good. Yes the mechanic was friendly and arrived on time, collected my vehicle, All work completed within the time I was told.
