Tony contacted me prior to the appointment time so I knew exactly what time he would arrive. He suspected what the problem was very quickly as he had knowledge of this being a common issue with my car. He explained the two possible solutions and what he was going to do to fix my car. He also showed me what to do if the issue ever arose again as it was luckily a relatively simple fix this time.
