Steve was punctual, polite and knowledgable. He looked at the problem, [replacement of rear shock absorbers], and knew how to proceed with minimum fuss. He had all the replacement parts with him. Steve was quite efficient and I am very satisfied with his work. I shall be using his services again should the need arise.
