Ok, but he never told me about the £27 labour charge so this is very disappointing. I feel like i was ripped off.

Good communication. He picked up the car day before and brought back next day. All along kept me informed. Will get in contact again if I need anything else done

Good communication arrived on time collected vehicle and completed as agreed return even brought along the old parts to show they had been replaced

Our mechanic was on time did what was needed and very welcoming, he said he would ring and update and was true to his word and extremely polite.

Good prompt service and kept us informed all the way through. Was worried that it was more than the battery at fault but when I described the issue he was confident that it was and indeed it was

Shams was great, he kept me up to date with my car throughout so I was well informed. He also replaced my wipers which was very helpful. The work done to the car seems good. He also took my service book back to stamp it even after he had dropped the car off. He’s very willing to go above and beyond for customers. I would use him and ClickMechanic again, especially as the price was much much better than what I had been quoted from other mechanics!

You never let these reviews get posted;
1. Kept phoning up late in the evening with an excuse as to why service wouldn’t be done
2. Car had 150 Miles extra on it after service
3. Car had coffee stains on carpet and panels
4. No invoice provided
5. Engineer turned up at neighbors asking for money and sent texts requesting varying amounts

Service appears to be ok but car wasn't returned until around 9pm and there was a bag of clothes left in the the car which didn't belong to us. Trying to communicate with the mechanic was exasperating and customer service skills, lacking.

Sham, was very good, keep me informed during the whole process, very happy with the work completed and would happily use him again for any additional work that needs doing in the future.
