After they took the car there was a lack of communication. I never heard back from them or received updates even when the car was kept for days. I did receive a call to say that there was more work needed on the car and there would be further charges. I was promised by text that the car would be back on Sunday evening. It didn't arrive. No notification that it wouldn't arrive. When communication is very poor and punctuality is poor - you wonder about the quality of work and whether you're being taken for a ride. Personally I think they take far too much on and are overstretched. Poor service is the consequence. No I wouldnt use the again, sorry. Read more
