I cancelled the mechanic a couple of hours after making the booking as a friend offered to do the work for a drink, navigating how to cancel was a pain. i was charged £20 for cancellation as it was less than 24 hours notice, which is fair enough.
But the mechanic turned up at my house anyway.
Lack of communication, very poor service, would not recommend.

He was professional, but easy to talk to. I am happy with the work carried out.

I booked a pre-purchase inspection for a car I was considering buying for my son, as he's just passed his driving test.
I only booked late Friday afternoon and wasn't sure if a mechanic would be available at short notice but Dan picked up the job and arrived the very next day at the dealers...he even got there early after politely checking it was ok with them!
His communication and knowledge were absolutely excellent and he called me before and after the inspection.
He was friendly, helpful and professional. He even liased and dealt with the salesman, explaining the issues he found and negotiated all extra work to be done on the car by the dealer on my behalf!
It really reassured me to have an expert check the car over to make sure it will be safe for my son.
I'm so pleased to have come across click mechanic and Dan and will definitely use again.
