Booked a new starter motor replacement on a Mercedes B Class. Kevin took on the work after a few hiccups with click. Turned up on time and I didn't see his missed call telling me that he'd arrived. Rather than just leave he waited around for about 20 minutes.

First impressions - highly professional, knew what he was talking about and very straight forward. Felt confidenth that I'd have no issues or be had over with the work that Kevin was about to undertake.

Kevin cracked on with the work and completed within 2 and a half hours. He showed me what the issue was and the part that he'd replaced.

When I later drove my car felt like it had just come off the forecourt- drove like a brand new car which left me shocked. Didn't realise that changing a starter motor could cause that - believe it was more down to how things were put back together which had the knock on affect of making my car a complete and better drive.

The engine management light came on when I first drove my car after the repair. Kevin had no problems at rectifying. There was no issue or fault, some fluid had leaked onto the sensor. Kevin cleaned it up and this was at no extra cost.

I read some reviews about the mechanics at click charging to rectify/find problems after work they'd done. This wasn't the case at all and Kevin couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he rectify but also did it at a time suitable to me.

With Kevin I found there were no hidden agendas, he was highly professional and a genuine hard working guy. I'd highly recommend and will be more then happy to use Kevin again.
